Founders Crystal Smith and Sharikea Reddick designed the program after great desire was expressed for younger ladies to experience a young sisterhood such as Zeta Alpha Psi Sisterhood with the foundation and standards of the royalty described in 1 Peter 2:9. But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the Excellency of Him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
